<![CDATA[Society expects men to behave in a masculine manner and fulfill traditional male roles, while women are expected to behave in a feminine manner and exhibit normal heterosexual behavior, such as engaging in sexual relations with the opposite sex. The existence of transgender individuals in society is often perceived as deviant. The purpose of this research is to examine the community's stereotypes towards transgender individuals in Pematangsiantar City and the adaptation strategies implemented by transgender individuals who are accepted in society. This research employs a mixed-method approach, with a focus on qualitative data analysis supplemented by quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that various negative stereotypes are associated with transgender individuals in Pematangsiantar City. Consequently, transgender individuals must use various strategies and make efforts to adapt and be accepted as themselves and as members of society. This research can serve as a reference for addressing social life and social status as a transgender individual amidst society.]]>

<![CDATA[Improving national defense can be done by strengthening the national defense industry. A strong defense industry will produce modern and sophisticated military equipment according to user needs. The large number of military equipment imported from abroad requires efforts to increase the domestic defense industry to meet the needs of military equipment to increase defense capabilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze strategies and programs for the development of the defense industry and to analyze several factors that play a role in the development of the national defense industry. The collection technique in this research is through Focus Group Discussion, the results of which are input for SWOT and AHP analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the defense industry has a strong category of competitiveness, and has a high opportunity to be developed because it has its own market. The three main factors for the sustainability of the defense industry are: the capability of the defense industry, the quality of its human resources, and the accuracy of delivery.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to assess the impact of work environment motivation on the performance of teaching staff at UIN KHAS Jember. A higher education institution is considered a knowledge carrier and learning institution with high hopes and goals, a scientifically developed Forum to provide ethical and skills guidance to students and academics. This study uses the causality method with a causal relationship between the positions of the research variables and the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Based on the results obtained, work motivation can positively impact performance. This indicates that the reason increased by the employees' leadership will affect increasing motivation. The results of the path coefficient indicate that the relationship between fellow employees has a significant role in carrying out social relations with many people. It will create a sense of security and make you feel acknowledged by others. The work environment positively influences the performance of UIN Khas Jember's academic staff, which indicates that a good work environment can produce high-performance levels, thereby indirectly causing employees to work at optimal levels.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to see how the development of Islamic community empowerment is linked through social media. The link between community empowerment and social media can be seen from the influence of social media which is quite complex in empowering the community, due to the rapid development of the media, everything can be known through the media. Because of that, many people use it in all ways, including empowering their lives to be more worthy and also upgrading skills and knowledge through social media. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used in this research is to use library research, namely by collecting data through journals, scientific articles and other literature related to community empowerment. In empowering the community itself, social media plays a role in education, information, information and also as a social liaison between the community and the government as well as other communities. The media also functioned as a vessel in obtaining various knowledge in the form of values, prevailing norms. The media plays a role in empowering by becoming an intermediary in conveying information to the public. So far, the media can help increase the success of the empowerment process and support community capacity building practices. In the context of empowering the Islamic community, the majority of people who are Muslim in Tanjungbalai City with a ratio of 3:4 of the total population make the Islamic community in Tanjungbalai the right object of empowerment. Moreover, as a religion that is the majority, it would be better if it is able to show the quality to become a superior society.]]>

<![CDATA[This research begins with a phenomenon where fraud is related to the principles of Good Corporate Governance that are not implemented properly by the company. The low level of employee discipline towards organizational culture and the low internal control system are used as an opportunity to cheat by taking advantage of position and position. If these two things are carried out properly, the company can minimize fraud, which can affect the quality of reports. Here the researcher uses a quantitative approach through causal research. The population chosen by researchers is manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX in the 2021 period. The research sample used the accidental sampling method, comprising 64 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector and 85 respondents. The process of collecting primary data by utilizing a questionnaire. Data analysis and processing apply Smart PLS. His research proves that the internal control system has a significant positive influence on the principles of good corporate Governance but does not affect the quality of financial reports. Meanwhile, organizational culture significantly positively affects the principles of Good Corporate Governance and the quality of financial reports. The principles of Good Corporate Governance significantly positively affect the quality of financial reports.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out whether smart tourism technologies have an influence on tourist loyalty, to find out whether memorable tourism experiences have an influence on tourist loyalty, to find out whether tourist stratification has an influence on tourist loyalty, and to find out whether smart tourism technologies, memorable tourism experiences, and tourist stratification together affect loyalty tourist. The methods used in this study are descriptive types of research and quantitative approaches. The data collection technique is to distribute questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between Smart Tourism Technologies on Tourist Loyalty of Tiket.Com App Users. There is a positive and significant impact between the Memorable Tourism Experience and the Traveller Loyalty of Tiket.Com App Users. There is a positive and significant impact between Tourist Satisfactions and Traveller Loyalty of Tiket.Com App Users. And simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between smart tourism technologies (X1), memorable tourism experience (X2), and tourist satisfactions (X3) on the Loyalty of Tiket.Com App User Travellers. The level of relationship between the variables of smart tourism technologies (X1), memorable tourism experience (X2), and tourist satisfactions (X3) with the variable of tourist loyalty (Y) has a fairly strong level of relationship.]]>

<![CDATA[Celebrity endorsers and electronic word of mouth are essential factors in creating trust and consumer purchase decisions for Lazada. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether celebrity endorsers and electronic word-of-mouth marketing can influence a consumer's purchase decision directly or through trust. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The sampling technique used in this study was nonprobability sampling with the purposive sampling method. Thus the sample used was 102 Lazada marketplace customers in Surabaya. The data analysis technique used to process data is SmartPLS. The results of this study show that Celebrity endorsers and Electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. <![CDATA[Jaran Mbako is on a journey, a form of survival and enthusiasm to maintain tobacco farming amid the problems experienced by tobacco farmers in Temanggung. rising tobacco prices, restrictions on supply in factories, uncertain seasons, fraudulent collectors, and anti-smoking advertisements that continue to be broadcast everywhere. The problems that arose made them more aggressive in fighting and maintaining tobacco farming. Because with tobacco, they can live. Tobacco is their breath. This study aims to determine the importance of tobacco farming among the people of Temanggung. The method used is the creation method with the principles of re-visiting, re-questioning, and re-interpreting with data collection techniques using an ethnographic approach. The results of this study are dance films based on motion, which are strengthened by editing and camera and audio details. <![CDATA[The purpose of this paper is to analyze the causes of conflict and propose alternative conflict resolution in tourism development. Although this sector experienced a significant growth and was able to encourage economic growth at various levels, its management faces governance challenges for instance conflicts of interest that occur in the Sipin lake area. This area constructed in 2017 which is designated as a tourist area based on regional regulations spatial plan of Jambi city. The data is obtained from various field information through in-depth interviews, observations and various sources which then it is systematically coded to find the meaning behind the phenomena that occur. This paper reveals that conflict in development of tourism objects is triggered by the planning and implementing non-participatory regional development and differences in orientation among the actors involved. The management of an area of ± 161 ha is not maximum managed, and this can be seen from the management of the area that is not well-organized and untidy. This paper underlines that tourism conflicts can occur due to various things that result in poor tourism management so that the potential to reduce the number of visitors.]]>

<![CDATA[Work motivation is one of the crucial keys to improving employee performance. This study aims to describe the factors that affect work motivation and explain the influence of work motivation on employee performance. Through the systematic literature review approach, this study identified 34 articles with the publication year 2018 – 2022 that discussed work motivation. The results showed that the factors that affect work motivation include leadership, work environment, employee training, task characteristics, rewards for performance, career path, and commitment. Seventeen articles describe a significant influence of motivation on employee performance. In comparison, the other three articles show that there is an insignificant influence between work motivation and employee performance.]]>
